She is working towards her CPA CA designation. She is experienced working with QuickBooks Desktop and Online, Sage, Cantax, Profile Tax, SmartBuy, Concur, E-Reports, Maximo and all aspects of Microsoft Office. Also, she is experienced in providing customer service in person, online, by mail and by phone in the Retail, Education and Finance industries. She speaks Portuguese fluently and has Intermediate level French and Spanish.

Renata is currently on her 4th year of a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting and working towards her CPA CA designation. Renata is also an investor/entrepreneur and that perspective allows her to better understand her clients accounting needs.
